     a. Before sending your package, log into your bank’s mobile app or website.

     b. Lock or deactivate your credit card to prevent any unauthorized use in case of loss or theft.

Shipping Arrangements:

     a. Place the sealed card envelope into the pre-paid shipping envelope provided in the package.

     b. Arrange for the pickup or drop-off of your package with the chosen carrier service.

Customization Process:

     a. Once we receive your package, we will promptly begin the customization process on your credit card.

Return with Security:

     a. After completing the customization work, we will securely send your customized credit card back to you.
